How to convert ounces to pounds

The formula for converting ounces to pounds is:

Avoirdupois and troy pounds, ounces

There are actually two different measures of ounces and pounds. There exists the Troy ounce and pound, and the Avoirdupois ounce and pound.Thankfully, it's quite straight forward to work out which units to use.
